Terms of Service

LinkBio (socialink.shop) lets you create public link-in-bio pages — profiles with links, media embeds, and themes — under a personal username. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use LinkBio.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must provide a working email address and be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age where you live). Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, squat on trademarks, or sit unused on deleted accounts.

Everything you publish — links, text, images, video — stays yours. You give us the limited licence needed to host and display it as the service requires (rendering your public pages, previews, and share cards), and nothing more.

You're responsible for what you publish. Don't use LinkBio for anything unlawful, for spam or malware, for impersonation, for sexually exploitative or hateful content, or to infringe others' rights. We may unpublish or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules — visitors can flag pages via the Report link on every profile.

The free plan is free forever. LinkBio Pro is a paid subscription (billed monthly or yearly, in INR) that unlocks additional features. Prices are shown at checkout; payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Razorpay) — we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing you built is ever deleted when a subscription ends — features simply return to the free plan's limits. We work hard to keep LinkBio fast and available, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, add, or remove features, and we'll be sensible about deprecations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account (and all its data) any time from Settings — deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable we'll warn you first.

If we make material changes we'll note the new date above and, for significant changes affecting paid plans, tell you by email. Continuing to use LinkBio after changes take effect means you accept them.
